    Core Confidence is a guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, build deep core strength, and feel grounded and powerful from the inside out.

    Led by Hannah Manik, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Specialist, this class blends intentional movement, breathwork, pelvic floor engagement, and mindset shifts to transform how you approach exercise- and yourself. 

    Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned lifter, this class will help you:
    - Engage your core and pelvic floor in ways that support real strength and injury prevention
    - Apply this connection to everyday movements and exercises (squats, planks, deadlifts, and more)
    - Reclaim confidence in your body - without the toxic gym culture
